Guy Buttery 04South African guitarist Guy Buttery, returns for his third European tour following the success of his previous visits in which he performed alongside music giants such as Jethro Tull, Donovan, Martin Simpson, The Animals and many others.

Gaining recognition as one of the finest new acoustic guitarists on the international scene, Guy’s upcoming tour will include performances at some of the most prestigious festivals and venues across the UK and Europe. His stirring live shows consist of his idiosyncratic guitar pieces and sitar improvisations which draw from numerous influences and explore vast and varied soundscapes.

Guy Buttery 03The Mail & Guardian echo this by stating “Buttery immerses himself entirely into the soul of his guitar, coaxing sonic shapes and forms of such startling originality, that his instrument acts as a kind of lightning conductor for the sound of another realm.” Though his technical prowess is also bewildering, Guy’s music only needs ears to be appreciated.

Witness the sheer grace and remarkable talent of this outstanding young musician, by booking your seat at one of the venues or festivals included in his Sept/Oct UK and European tour and prepare yourself for a musical journey of discovery and inspiration, forever etched in your mind.
